Last week we had Greaves undertake our move from the Cowichan Valley to Victoria. We just wanted to provide some feedback to you. We have undergone many moves over the years. This move was by far the best one! The crew were courteous, professional, and respectful. Cody & Darcy did a fantastic job of coordinating everything so that the crew was safe and understood what needed to be done. Kobe, Ben & Jackson did a great job too. There was zero damage to the house or our belongings, which is a first in our moves. Please pass along our appreciation to the crew. They deserve a pat on the back. Thanks.

Amazing experience. Dan the assessor was super polite, professional and accurate! We decided to move a week earlier and Greaves kindly accommodated the change at a moments notice. The four men who showed up were on time, professional and very, very hard working. They took good care of our home by bringing and laying their own runners, disassembling and reassembling furniture and wrapping up fragile or breakable pieces. They put everything in our new home as per our labelled boxes - nothing out of place! They were so nice and so fast!! I highly recommend this team. Thank you Greaves!! 😊👏🏻

The office staff, particularly Dan the assessor, are as nice as the driver and movers. They were all cheerful and ready to go the extra mile and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. They even took all the moving quilts back with them from another company whose office staff was 'NOT so nice' to pick up and refund a $100 deposit. Highly recommend ❣️ It was a 3 hr drive, a ferry, more driving and putting together a 3 bedroom house, garage and cabin and YET we were done by noon. All that was left for me to do was put up the decorative touches and attend to my wardrobe. I thought they were pretty amazing. 😊

We moved from Chicago to Victoria. Greaves was the receiving agent for our goods. The held our goods until we cleared customs. We were very happy with them. They told us how to clear customs, the let us into our stuff while it was in storage to pull out some clothes. Friendly staff. Would use them again.
